Who we are
I embarked on my culinary adventure right here in Telluride right after I completed high school. My initial position involved working at one of the food carts situated in town, and I committed the first two years of my career to gaining experience in this beautiful place. After that initial phase, I chose to take a summer hiatus and relocated to Denver, where I collaborated with my uncle to establish a food trailer. This endeavor gave us the chance to provide tasty meals at various festivals and events across Colorado. The freedom that came with running a food trailer enabled me to explore my creativity in the kitchen and experiment with preparing a wide range of dishes. However, after that summer in Denver, I felt a compelling need to return to the mountains. The subsequent summer, I was excited to launch my very own food cart in Telluride, which I named Mountain High Ice Cream and Gelato, affectionately referred to by the local community as "The ice cream cart." After six delightful summers, I noticed an increasing interest in a new grilled cheese cart, which led me to pivot my focus away from the ice cream cart and introduce the new Cheeze Cart. We specialized in crafting and innovating various grilled cheese recipes and quickly gained popularity for our now beloved traditional philly cheesesteak. Now, I'm eager to take on a new endeavor that meets the growing demand for quick and easily accessible catering services
